You will see filter.

(1) Change filter to anything you want.
(2) No change
(3) Refresh page (F5 or reload)
(4) Reflect filter change.

I don't have any cache plug-in or don't use CDN services.

I tried.
-Killed all 3rd party plugin except toolset
->no change.
-Change to Default theme.
->no change.

Hello,

I was assigned to this ticket.
I can login your website, and I am check it in your website, will feedback if there is anything found

#924035

Here are what I found, I have done some tests in your website:

1) Upgrade all Toolset plugins to the latest version

2) since the problem URL is a term archive page of taxonomy "Tag", we need to use a WordPress archive cell to display the results:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/wordpress-archive-cell/
But in your website, the problem still persists,

3) Then I have checked the post types settings:

There isn't related custom post types, seems you are using another plugin "Custom Post Type UI" plugin to setup those custom post types:

So it is a compatibility problem between Toolset plugins and the "Custom Post Type UI" plugin, please provide a downloadable URL for it, I need to duplicate the same problem and debug it in my localhost

BTW, Why don't you use "Toolset Types" plugin to setup the custom post types?

#924160

Oh the reason I used that plugin cos I didn't know about toolset back then...

#924474

Please provide a downloadable URL for "Custom Post Type UI" plugin in below "private detail box", I need to duplicate the same problem and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Thanks for the details, I am downloading the file, will feedback if there is anything found

#948171

The "Custom Post Type UI" plugin is not compatible with Toolset plugin, I suggest you create a normal post view, with that category filters, and display the post view in a normal wordpress page.

Please let me know if you need assistance to setup a demo in your website.

#948172

Thank you for checking. Would you tell me best way to switch post type ?

#948210

No, since there are lots of data in your website, I suggest you create a normal post view + normal wordpress page for it,
Please let me know if you need assistance to setup a demo in your website.
