Fileds and Views button not working after updating to WordPress 5.4

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The Fields and Views button on the paragraph block mini toolbar does not work in WordPress 5.4.

I tried rolling back to WordPress 5.3. Then this problem does not occur.
As for the theme, I tried both Astra and Twenty-Twenty, but the results were the same.

Note:It has been confirmed in a newly installed environment of WordPress.

Thanks for the report, I've replicated and escalated the problem.

This should be fixed in the latest release of Access, and in the latest beta release of Views. The latest Views Beta release will be updated to a stable version around next week.

Toolset Views Beta could be installed thru the Toolset Installer, however, we recommend only using beta versions on staging sites, or at least after making a valid backup, if on live sites.

I'll update again here once the Views stable release is also available

I'm just following up some outstanding threads. The latest plugin versions contain the fix for this issue and updating will resolve the problem.

I didn't notice the latest version because there was no automatic update notification of the plugin.

My problem is now resolved.
