[Resolved] Custom field groups disappear from Product editor screen

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: Custom field groups have disappeared from the Product editor screen. I cannot find them in Screen Options, and they are showing as connected to Products in the Field Group editor screen.

Solution: There is currently a known issue with The7 Go Pricing, WPBakery Page Builder, and Types. When these 3 plugins are active at the same time, custom field groups disappear from the post editor screen in wp-admin.

We don't have an upload location available, so your Dropbox link or other file sharing service link will be best.

Okay after a bit of investigation it appears that this is related to a 3-way compatibility issue with The7 Go Pricing, WPBakery, and Types. If either The7 Go Pricing or WPBakery Page Builder are deactivated, the fields reappear. Another User has reported this problem recently and it has been escalated to our developers as a compatibility issue. At this time the only workaround I can offer is to temporarily deactivate one of the other two plugins while you edit Product custom field values, then reactivate the other plugin when you are finished. I will update you here as soon as I have some additional information to share. Sometimes these issues require collaboration with other plugin authors, which can take some time.

Christian you are awesome! The Go-Pricing can be depreciated as far as we are concerned, so it has been deactivated as there are many other solutions to what that plugin even offers.

This resolved our issued and again appreciate your help in this matter and your efforts!

I wouldn't even have the development team work on a solution just state that there is a compatibility issue with the Go Pricing (as it's not a vital plugin for any 7 Theme elements).
