I am trying to: get a Toolset view to display Events from The Events Calendar plugin, and remove the events from the view as they pass.

I expected to see: The Upcoming Events section display Events posts, and remove them as the events pass (a total of 8 events at any time).
Instead, I got: the view working, except it doesn't remove posts as events pass. This functionality works correctly at another site, hidden link, and the settings are exactly the same for that view.

I have just replied to a similar today, where events of a longer duration than a day seem stored differently and hence break the query.
Try to query/order by NUMBER always.
Strange that this works on one of your sites but not another, here I can think of an issue due to updates, or slight differences in how data is stored/displayed.
Please let me know if you already use NUMBER and/or it if fixes this issue
