[Resolved] Email notifications disappeared. Can't make new ones

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

My E-mail notifications disappeared. When I try to make a new one, it does not save correctly.

You need to update to the latest versions of CRED and Types.

The issue is confirmed as solved by several users - eventually there is a edge case we missed.

Sorry, this links lead to an unknown URL and from there, waiting few seconds and then clicking on Download, I am directed to an invitation to install a 3rd party Cloud Service.

I cannot do that. Please use Google Drive, or DropBox.
Another possible approach is to let me access your WP Admin and then I can grab the package from the Duplicator Menu.

Would this be possible?
