editor user role lost access to wp-admin

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to use the access plugin, but it seems like it made a change to the 'editor' user role such that the user role no longer has access to the WP dashboard.

Does toolset access control this functionality? and how can I change it?
