I am trying to: edit page

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: the editing page

Instead, I got: the editing page, just loading.

Hi Dereky,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This could be as a result of a plugin/theme conflict.

What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all you non-toolset plugins and check again to see if your edit page start loading correctly.

If not then can you try switching your theme temporarily to one of the defaults for wordpress and see if that helps.

Please let me know the results of these tests.

I've already done this, it is the toolset plugin that breaks it.

Any ideas?

although, i did try to change themes temporarily, and editing page was reachable, but this is unacceptable because it's not our theme for the site..

how do we go about to troubleshoot this issue with our current theme?

Hi Derek,

It seems that our updates have introduced a conflict with your theme.

Would it be possible to allow for me to log into the website and check out the issue first hand ?

Also if possible could you install this plugin so I can create a duplicate of your website so I can create a duplicate if further debugging is required.
