(Please ignore the title of this ticket. I made it prior to discovering all these other issues and now I can't change it or delete the thread and start a new one.)

I think I am getting myself hopelessly lost and confused trying to figure this out. I am trying to make an exhibitor membership area where people can login and make a listing page. I thought I had sign up and access figured out, but the more I seem to try to "fix" things, the more confused I am getting and the more things are breaking.

Here is what I am hoping to accomplish:
1. People go to a page to make an account: hidden link
2. Once they enter their information they should be redirected to an "Account" page.
3. On the account page, I currently have a short introductory message, a button to create their listing, a link to edit their listing, and a logout link.
4. When they click on the button to create their listing, they would then be directed to a page with a Toolset Form that I've created.

Here are my issues:
1. I want to restrict access to both the "Account" page and the "Add Exhibitor" page and thought I was doing it correctly in the Toolset Access area, but something is going wrong.
2. My redirect from Sign Up to the Account page was initially working, but then it stopped and gave this message: "The page you are looking for does not exist. It may have been moved, or removed altogether. Perhaps you can return back to the site's homepage and see if you can find what you are looking for."
3. My redirect to the "Add Exhibitor" Page never worked after I tried to restrict access to only logged in exhibitors and only gave this message: "The page you are looking for does not exist. It may have been moved, or removed altogether. Perhaps you can return back to the site's homepage and see if you can find what you are looking for."

In addition, I am having this other issue:
1. The edit link that corresponds with the Edit Form is not showing up for the logged in user anywhere it's placed and now it's not even showing up when I'm logged in as admin on the "Account" page. Though I can see it where I placed it at the top of a completed listing when I am logged in as admin: hidden link

It's possible I am misunderstanding access and have those settings messed up, but I thought I did follow the instructions in the docs. However, I can't figure out why the Edit link is not appearing on the Account page or for a logged in user.

I already went through and turned off all plugins and changed themes and it didn't fix the issue.

Please help! Thank you.

Hello,

All the problems you mentioned above are abnormal, please check these:

1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and usernames, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

I was able to figure out all my issues and got it working. However, I have encountered another issue when trying to set up the pages for resetting the password.

My "Forgot Password" page (hidden link) is set to redirect to my "Reset Password" page (hidden link), but when I enter my email on that page and click submit, I get a return from WP that the website has experienced a critical error.

I am following these docs: https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1645837-1650571/

Should I open a new ticket for this or can you help?
