Hi Louis,

I've checked a couple of pages from the last ticket and could see the custom field values.

Is it because you've downgraded Divi theme to "3.27.2" version?

If this is correct, please make sure that:

1. All plugins are updated to the latest versions, and

2. After updating the Divi theme, "The Latest Divi Builder Experience" option is disabled from Divi -> Theme Options -> Builder tab and the Classic Editor option is enabled.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share a clone/snapshot of your website, with an updated Divi theme and the link to page(s) where the custom field values are missing.
( ref: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ )

This will allow troubleshooting, without affecting the live website and after sharing the clone, you'll be able to downgrade the theme on the live website again.

Please let me know how it goes and your next reply will be private.

regards,
Waqar
