Hi,
I want to display on my website Related Child Posts.
I've been trying to use two methods:
https://toolset.com/documentation/post-relationships/how-to-display-related-posts-with-toolset/displaying-related-child-posts/
and
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/views/displaying-brother-pages/
but nothing seems to be working.
I send you print screens of all the steps I did.
Could you please tell me what kind of mistake did I do.
Regards,
Agnieszka

Hi Agnieszka,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Thanks as well for the screenshots as I was able to identify the exact issue. Given that you are adding the child post view to a content template and not another view, you will need to select the "The post where this view is shown" for the parent filter.

If you were adding the child view to a view that is listing the parent you will select the option "The current post in the Loop".

So edit your child view and change the parent filter option from "The current post in the Loop" to "The post where this view is shown" and this should resolve the issue for you.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi,
thank you for the quick reply.
Nothing has changed after making the changes.
Still says that "No items found".
It didn't resolve my issue.

Hi Agnieszka,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website to check on this in further details for you ?

Please provide me with a link to the page that is showing the No Results Found.

The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Agnieszka,

Please check your page now. It should now be listing out the related products that have the same as this post.

Let me know if everything is displaying correctly.

Thanks,
Shane
