I've made a custom field called "test" using Types plugin and I try to display the content in my header (that's why I didn't use Views plugin) but it won't display.
I'm using the php code below. How should I do to make it work?

Thank you

<div class="header_content">
<?php if(get_post_meta($post->ID, 'test', true)) : ?>
<span><?php echo get_post_meta($post->ID, 'test', true); ?>" </span>
<?php get_post_custom_keys($post_id); ?>
<?php else : ?>
<?php echo nothing to display ?>
<?php endif; ?>
<div>

Types includes API functions for that. Have a look here:
https://toolset.com/documentation/functions/

You should call 'types_render_field'.
