Hi!

I uploaded alot of data to a toolset with custom fields with references. Then I created a template for the references but somehow the original single page template is overwritten and all pages has the references template I made.

Can i restore this?
And how do I separate so all my post in my new post type "References" are getting my own created template, and all other posts and pages has the theme standard template.

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Do you have our views plugin installed? Was this template made in Views ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi again!

I have the Views plugin installed. The template was created with it, after saving all pages use the new template even If I choose to use it just for my new post style "References"

Did some changes and now it's working, I had to go uncheck the pages template but It was not picked from the beginning. I do not know how it happend.

If you have any link to a tutorial with creating view I would be happy.
There is also trouble adding bootstrap div when creating views, when using html I can create what I want but when adding divs it's not cooperate, do you thing it's interfering with the responsive theme I use?

Hi Alexander,

I'm happy to see that you were able to resolve the issue.

We have a small tutorial for view and can be seen here
https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/create-and-display-custom-lists-of-content/

Also it could be an issue with the theme as many do come with some default styling.

Thanks,
Shane
