On this development site: hidden link on the home page or see hidden link.

We are using custom image sizes in the views, and the custom image sizes are broken, and not creating new images. This is first time I've seen this error on dozens of Toolset sites - I have tried all the usual - default theme, disabling all plugins, reinstalling Toolset etc.

I have also regenerated all thumbnails and it made no difference. Any idea?

Hello,

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website and see the problem.

In the post view, you are using shortcode:
[wpv-post-featured-image size="custom" width="800" height="400"]

And it displays a broken image in front-end:
hidden link

I have tried these in your website:
Upgrade the Toolset Views plugin from 2.7.5 to the latest version 2.8, but the problem persists.

The problem is abnormal, please try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom code snippets, and test again

2) Check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

3) If the problem still persists, please provide a copy of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hi Luo - this was a very strange one. I've never seen it before on all our many Toolset sites. I had already tried the default theme and disabling all plugins, as per my original post.

I enabled error logging and the logs were showing no PHP errors.

I then tried copying the website to a new installation and the problem resolved itself. I copied that database back into this site and it seems to be fine. So apparently something went corrupt in the database which was overwritten by reinstalling the database?

many thanks for your help!
best
Ian
