This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
I created Content Templates and assigned them to WooCommerce's Products.
However, those Products still display with The Theme's templates.
Solution:
Ensure you selected the proper settings in Toolset > WooCommerce Views > Product Template File.
It should say "WooCommerce Views plugin default single product template"

I designed a content template, but the website is rendering the default content template of Astra
