I would like to be able to use a shortcode in the email address field for CRED post notifications. I found the filter to be able to do this with code, but would prefer to be able to simply use a shortcode in those fields.

Hi Ian

Thnks for your feedback.

We will evaluate this request and see whether we want to include this or not. Having shortcode support in a field goes a little beyond just supporting the syntax, as we tend to provide support for a broad number of our own shortcodes, and they might have side effects there.

Anyway, the request makes sense. I can not make promiss, though, beyond that we will evaluate this.

Hope it helps.

Regards.
