Cred form access settings are not being saved.

I am trying to: Whenever I save the access settings, they end up disappearing. In other words the cred form access settings are not being saved.

Maybe I miss a precise step, however when I create a Post Form with Toolset Forms, then set some specific rules in Toolset > Access > Toolset Forms, those settings persist.

Can you explain to us precisely how you achieve this issue and if you did not already do this, can you test with no other plugin, and Theme Twenty Seventeen?
That will show if it's a compatibility issue.
