Copying a location post(custom post type)

I have several locations already created. I'm trying to create a new one. (I've taken over the site from someone else)

Hello,

Please try these:
1) backup your website,
2) make sure you website is using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3) check if there is any PHP/JS errors in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

Thanks for the details, I can login into your website.

The problem is, those old "Locations" posts are designed by Elementor page builders, they are not designed by Toolset Layouts plugin, in order to copy those old "Locations" posts, you need to follow Elementor document to setup Elementor Template, see their document:

Since the layout "Layout for Locations" is useless, you can remove it:
