Content Template not rendering WpBakery Page Builder Design Options when Preview

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When we use WPBakery Page Builder to create Content Templates, custom settings done via "Design Options" tab such as Margin, Border, Background are not rendered during "Preview" of the Post. However they are rendered if published and viewed live.

We tested this with only those two plugins active (latest versions) and no theme and still see the issue.

Since it is a compatibility problem, and I don't have a copy of latest version of WPBakery Page Builder, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put it into your own google drive disk, and share the link.

Also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost. thanks
