I would like to use Access Control and CRED to permit any site visitor, logged in or not, to submit a confidential report using a CRED form. It is important that other users who do not have sufficient access control permissions will not be able to see reports submitted by others. Users should be able to see the results of their own form submission, possibly in a view of a custom post type, and should be able to see and add to comments for that post. (Administrator or other privileged users may add comments to the user's original post.)

Is it possible to configure Access Control to support this functionality? Please suggest how I might best design to achieve the desired functionality.

Dear Brad,
new release of Access will include hooks you can use to override rules.
