Hello, I have created a checkbox field. If, for example, in the first display, e.g. an option is selected this is taken over. However, if you change the post and want to change the checkbox field no change will be applied. The checkbox field remains the same as the first entry

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, in case there is any compatibility problem, please try this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, also point out the problem page URL and the checkbox name, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

As I mentioned above I need detail steps to duplicate the same problem:
if you change the post and want to change the checkbox field no change will be applied. The checkbox field remains the same as the first entry

I assume we are talking about the CRED form "Escortmodels erstellen" ID: 732
and problem page:
hidden link (ID 719)

Here are detail steps I tried, please correct me if there is anything missing
1) Login as admin user "Adorable Escorts"
2) Open problem page
hidden link (ID 719)
fill the form's fields with values, and submit the form
3) Goto wordpress admin side, Erotikmodels-> Alle Objekte
find and edit the post just created with CRED form in step 2)
I can see all checkboxes fields value are saved correctly, see screenshot checkboxes.JPG

not correct! The problem occurs with changes in frontend users to the steps here:

1. Registration in the frontent as z.b. Adorable escort under
hidden link

2. Create setcard and select checkbox fields premium, escort of the month or high class under hidden link

3. Model in the backend as admin free

4 Do the desired change in the frontend, e.g. Remove premium

With these steps, the changes are not made and the settings of the initial entry remain

I tried the steps you mentioned above:
2. Create setcard and select checkbox fields premium, escort of the month or high class under
After submit the CRED form for creating "Erotikmodels" post, then check the new post in admin side, I can see the post is saved correctly, the fields "premium", "escort of the month" are saved correctly

For step 3. Model in the backend as admin free
What do you mean this: admin free?
Where and how can I set the post as "admin free"

For step 4. Do the desired change in the frontend, e.g. Remove premium
Where and how can I see change in the frontend? please point out the problem URL, thanks

sorry i work with the google translatorI meant that you have to activate the post in the admin area as an administrator and publish. So that one can edit this as "normal" user again in the public area

Step 3) I assume we are talking about this, edit the new post submitted by CRED form, in section "Publish", change the post status to"Published"

Step 4) login as a customer user, where and how can I edit this post in public area?
Please provide the URLs for it, thanks

Thanks for the details, I can find the URL, it is layout "Model bearbeiten" ID 765, and the CRED form cell in it:
Inhalt bearbeiten - Erotikmodels ID 766,

In step 4) I can edit the post in in public area, after submit the form, login as an admin user, edit the post again, I can see those checkbox values are saved correctly, there isn't same problem as you mentioned above:

the changes are not made and the settings of the initial entry remain

So it should be a compatibility problem or server problem, we need to check if there is any PHP errors occur in your website, please check these in your website:

1) Deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme

2) Enable PHP debug mode, and test again, copy and paste the debug logs here
PHP Debugging
In case you think that Types or Views are doing something wrong (what we call a bug), you should enable PHP error logging. Again, edit your wp-config.php file and add the following:

ini_set('log_errors',TRUE);
ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL);
ini_set('error_log', dirname(__FILE__) . 'https://cdn.toolset.com/error_log.txt');
This will produce a file called ‘error_log.txt’ in your WordPress root directory. Make sure that the web server can create and write this file. If it cannot, use an FTP program to create the file and make it writable to Apache (normally, user www-data).
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/debugging-types-and-views/

3) If the problem still persists, please provide a test site with the same problem, and fill below private detail box with login details and FTP access, I need a live website to test and debug, thanks

So we have the mistake from the beginning:

1. Create a model as a normal user
2. Publish model in the admin area
3. Edit model as a normal user e.g. Premium Display Checkbox
4. Publish model in the admin area
5. Edit model as normal user Remove premium checkbox

At point 5, the settings are not accepted the display remains as a premium
