This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello Christian,
many thanks. About the rich text I was not talking about backend but about the form. I would prefer to have a simply text area?
Is it possible?

It's not possible to disable the Visual editor for the Product Description, but you could add a Multiline or Textarea custom field and delete the Product Description field. It's a bit more complicated if you want to copy that information into the Product Description field automatically, but we offer some support for the CRED API that could accomplish that if necessary.
