Can't select change layout use button

This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

I am trying to: change how the layout is used

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: the menu for changing a layout assignment

Instead, I got: the same screen; the button is completely unresponsive.

Further information: I have only the Toolset plugins activated, the Toolset Starter theme installed, and I've updated everything to their most recent versions.

Yes, I am aware of the issue.

A temporary solution is listed here, and we are working on this problem:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/cant-change-how-layout-is-used-after-updating-to-layouts-2-1/

1. Head to Toolset > Layouts
2. Find for each layout the link that says ” Change layout use ” (just below each Layout Title)
3. There it works flawlessly.

While I was able to replicate it previously, now I cannot anymore.

What I did is 2 things:
1. Enable WP Debug
2. Installed our Develop version of Layouts.

Now, I am not even able anymore to replicate this on a clean install.

This seems to be a cache or initializations issue.

Can you confirm you still see this, and if you disable Toolset once and re-enable it, it is still there?
Then, you could test to enable once WP debug and then turn it off again.

Please let me know the outcomes.

Since the function is still working on the Layout home screen, I'll keep using that.
