Can't register Toolset

This support ticket is created 3 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
I can't register Toolset on my Website. I created a key for my site and want to register it by clicking on register Toolset, but nothing happens. I will provide you with the login credtials to check it.

Hi Thorsten,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Logging in I was able to see the issue.

From what I can see this seems to be a plugin conflict of some sort as I can see the quite a few errors in the console for the website.

What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again to see if the issue still remains.

Once you have done this please let me know.

Hi Shane,
yes, there are several errors in the console.
I deactivated all Plugins except Toolset Blocks and Types, but there are still errors in the console from Toolset and I still can't activate Toolset. It seems to be a bigger problem, because other Plugins also produce error. But it is very strange why all these errors occour.

I had to delete the whole WP installtion because of some major problems. Thanks anyway.
