Cant import Types Data from Staging site

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

The button to upload Types data from staging site is greyed out and I am not able to import

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

The grey button means that the upload to the temporary folder is disabled. This is usually a security measure enabled on the server. Can you check with your hosting provider about it? Can you also make sure that the server conforms with the Toolset requirements https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

As a workaround, check the second option "XML text input" and paste the content of the export files on it to perform an import without uploading the files. If the export contains multiple files, you will have to paste and import each file at a time.

Let me know what your hosting provider will say.
