Cannot Update Toolset Layout (Forbidden)

This support ticket is created 3 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
- Update toolset layout

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Can Update

Instead, I got:
Cannot Update says forbidden

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Please activate PHP debugging to spot any possible errors while trying to update the Layouts plugin. https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

Then go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support and click on the Check Now button. You should get 2 green marks. If it is not the case, please share the "Installer Log" in pastebin or into my email jamal.b(at)onthegosystems.com

Also, check the debug.log file for any issues and share what you will get with us.
