I used to click on add new image for the gallery in toolset, but it is not doing anything. I need to add several new pictures to the gallery. Please help.(ADD NEW)

When something fails to respond in this way it is likely because of a JavaScript error on the page, and sure enough when I visit your site when editing a horse post I see the error shown in the screenshot.
It comes from the Akismet plugin, and its error is preventing other scripts from running on the page.
It is probably related to the changes to jQuery migrate that occurred with WordPress 5.5.
You can contact their support, temporarily disable the plugin (I expect they'll have a fix before too long), or you could try installing this plugin as a temporary solution, it may fix the issue: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
