Cannot Change Author on Post

I am trying to: change the author of a post in a CPT.

See screenshots. It does not show the rest of the authors.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Create a new user with role "Author", and test again.
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP errors in your website:
