[Resolved] Can I create a hover effect on a photo?

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I'd like the photo to have a hover effect.

Solution:

It needs custom CSS codes, for example, you can follow document to setup the CSS codes.

Tell us what you are trying to do?When someone mouses over a head shot on th e"Our Team" page, I'd like the photo to have a hover effect (maybe just desaturate all color from photo or zoom)

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
