This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Toolset Starter theme classes for buttons override bootstrap classes.
For example: In CRED forms 'btn-primary' class in style.css of starter theme is overriding background-color for 'btn-success' and 'btn-danger' standard bootstrap classes.
Solution:
This is done on purpose, solution is to disable "Primary Color setting" from theme Customizer >> Advanced Settings, as shown in this screenshot: https://d7j863fr5jhrr.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/544343-1_2.png?x36781
The reason is that these styles of starter theme are used on some Reference Sites of Toolset.
