Hey,
I have a taxonomy filter of "academic-area":

[wpv-control-post-taxonomy taxonomy="academic-area" type="checkboxes" format="%%NAME%% <em>(%%COUNT%%)</em>" url_param="wpv-academic-area"]

There are many "academic areas" - more than a hundred - and I would like the filter to display according to the post count in each term, so that the taxonomy with the most posts in it would show first (is the filter, not the results). Right now it is showing according to name.
Any ideas?
thanks!
Ido

Hi Ido,

Thank you for getting in touch.

What you can do is to add this attribute to your filter orderby="count"

It should order your taxonomies by their count.

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks Shane!
Also added "order="DESC" to complete this.
Cheers,
Ido
