Can't add media files in Layout editor.

I'm not seeing any problems inserting media on a local test site, including when I switch to the Toolset Starter theme (screenshot).
It does sound like a possible compatibility issue, though, could you try disabling all non-Toolset plugins and trying again to see if you still have a problem. If not then it should be possible to determine the conflict by a process of elimination.
Let me know what you find.
