[Resolved] Access control for archive templates.

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Thanks for the update.

I've done some research and found the "Disable File Editor" option at WP Admin -> Security -> Settings -> WordPress Tweaks -> Confgure Settings -> File Editor.

Please uncheck that option and save the settings and then try to use the custom code section in the Toolset settings.

Hi,

The code snippet seems to work properly.

The pages: hidden link, hidden link and hidden link are now visible for guest users which require login when hitting "meer informatie", which is perfect.

Can you confirm that the above 3 pages with all the behind pages are now fully accessible for search engines?

Glad that it is working now.

The search engine crawlers will see the same content as the guests.

This means that when they'll visit these archive pages, they'll see the list of available posts. The inner pages or single post pages will also be accessible but with the login form and not the actual content.
