[Resolved] 2 strange bugs

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I'm experiencing 2 problems:

(1)I cannot edit the CSS for CRED form with ID=170 - please see highlighted the piece of CSS code I cannot change (in the attached screenshot cannot_edit_css.png).

(2)[toolset-edit-post-link] short code is not displaying the edit link for the specified layout slug in the VIEW with ID=158 - please see highlighted the [toolset-edit-post-link] that shows nothing (in the attached screenshot toolset_edit_post_link_shows_nothing.png] - I would expect the button to show with the CRED form edit link instead.

Solution:

(Issue 1) It is a Codemirror issue, currently you can try this:
Copy your CSS codes in another editor tools, for example Notepad ++
Edit it, the copy/paste into the CRED form CSS editor, and override exited CSS codes

(Issue 2) Since you are using a "Subscriber" user to edit the post with CRED form, Please try this:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> CRED Forms,
in column (Edit Own Custom Post with CRED Form "Formulario para Ocultar Casas de Alquiler"), enable option for user role "Subscriber" and test again

cannot_edit_css.png

Hi,

I'm experiencing 2 very nasty bugs:

(1)
I cannot edit the CSS for CRED form with ID=170 - please see highlighted the piece of CSS code I cannot change (in the attached screenshot cannot_edit_css.png).

I've provided access details to my staging site, so that you can verify this yourself.

(2)
[toolset-edit-post-link] short code is not displaying the edit link for the specified layout slug in the VIEW with ID=158 - please see highlighted the [toolset-edit-post-link] that shows nothing (in the attached screenshot toolset_edit_post_link_shows_nothing.png] - I would expect the button to show with the CRED form edit link instead.

For reproducing the 2nd issue please provide a way for sending you user credentials (for the user that replicates the problem, which is not admin).

Please help ASAP, this is causing big trouble ?

Thanks..

Authentication-required.JPG

Hello,

I have tried the credentials you provide above, but I can only see a "Authentication required" window, see screenshot Authentication-required.JPG

So I can not login your website and see the problem you mentioned above, please check it.

For those two problem you mentioned above, in case they are compatibility problems, please try this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, also point out the problem page URL, how and where I can see the screenshots you mentioned above, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Here are what I found:
(Issue 1) I can duplicate same problem, will escalate this issue to our 2nd tier supporters, this it is a Codemirror issue, currently you can try this:
Copy your CSS codes in another editor tools, for example Notepad ++
Edit it, the copy/paste into the CRED form CSS editor, and override exited CSS codes

(Issue 2) Since you are using a "Subscriber" user to edit the post with CRED form, Please try this:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> CRED Forms,
in column (Edit Own Custom Post with CRED Form "Formulario para Ocultar Casas de Alquiler"), enable option for user role "Subscriber" and test again
