Views is a WordPress plugin that lets you easily customize the standard WordPress listing pages using WordPress archives. You can redesign any WordPress archive, including custom post archives, taxonomy archives, author archives and search results.

Problem: After updating my plugins, I see a message in my View: "This View has some query filters that are missing from the form. Maybe you have removed them: Can they also be removed from the query filtering? Yes | No"
I have several filters hard-coded in my filter controls.
Solution: This doesn't necessarily indicate a problem, and you may dismiss the message.
Problem: After updating to the latest versions of Toolset plugins, I see an error on my site:
"A WordPress Archive page should be used to display this layout"
Solution: This error indicates that a WordPress Archive cell is being used in a Layout that is not applied to a WordPress Archive page. You must recreate this WordPress Archive as a View. You may reuse the same Content Templates if you used any in the Archive. You may copy + paste the code from your Loop Output Editor as well. The main difference is that instead of selecting a Loop Type, you must select what you want the View to display. This will probably be your post type. Set any filters you would like to include, like a specific category or author. Then replace the WordPress Archive cell in your Layout with a View cell containing your new View.
