Problem:
How to display conditional data inside views based on child post custom field values
Solution:
We can write custom shortcode to check if a particular post has child post and if that has child post we will get custom field values of child post using "get_post_meta()" function.
Problem:
How to insert pagination on a Archive View (WordPress Archive)
Solution:
You can insert Pagination with the "Pagination" Button in the View Archive Loop Editor.
Keep in Mind, the amount of posts displayed on each page is not determined by Views but by WordPress in this case.
As an example, if you have 9 Posts and an Archive for your Home/Blog page created with Views, and insert the pagination, you will need to adjust the WordPress > Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most settings to (example) show 3 Posts.
Then, on your Home/Blog page designed with Views Archive, you will see 3 Posts and a pagination Link below it leading to the next 3 (and 3 more) posts.
The ONLY available paginations for Archives are the ones available in the GUI (Button "Pagination")
Archives are restricted, as we can only STYLE them with Views but not change the Query.
