Solution:
To display value dependent fields you can use jQuery code and check the selected value of country field and based on that you should show/hide the dependent field.

Display the CRED form for editing post in layout, do not want to display other parts of the layout. Solution:
CRED edit form is using the wordpress filter hook the_content to render the form, so your screenshot is expected result: the CRED form only output in the area of shortcode [wpv-post-body]
You can try this:
1) Create a view filter Query by Post ID, filter with:
Include only posts with IDs determined by the URL parameter "post_ids" eg. yoursite/page-with-this-view/?post_ids=1
2) Put your CRED edit form into the above view loops
like this:

3) put the view into a page, and apply your custom layout to the page, for example the page ID is 123.
Problem:
Only logged in users should submit new content, from the front end.
Then this content needs to be displayed on the Front end.

- Set up User Forms with CRED to allow users to register
- Set up Post Forms with CRED to let the users submit new content
- Control the visibility of those forms with Access
- Display the Content with Views
