Problem:
How do I update a User Custom Field with a value from a Post Custom Field, that is submitted via a Post CRED Form?
Solution:
It's not possible without Custom Code.
You need to use the CRED API
cred_save_data
on the Post Form, grab the Field's value, and then update the User Meta with the WordPress API
update_user_meta
Some fields are simple, others are arrays.
Have a look at this general CRED API Code that not only covers simple fields but also complex Checkboxes. http://pastebin.com/Y1pWeJnP
