Why the links are hidden in the forum messages?

Look at the screenshot.
Best regards,

Hi Francisco,
Actually, we got a lot of complaints about this.A lot of clients don't need to show their websites links in the forum for many reasons.
Reasons like security considerations and also SEO issues like, they got wp-types.com in the search results when they search for things related to their websites.
Please let me know if it's clear now.
But I do not even see the links that I have put in my own messages.
A user has sent an interesting link on a Beda ticket and I can not see it either.

I do not think this is correct.
Hi Francisco,
Let me check this with the forum developer.
I will update you ASAP.
Okay. Thank you very much Mohammed.
The logical thing is that the user who creates the message can choose if the link can be seen or can not be seen.
By default, links should be visible.
It is assumed that a forum is to learn from each other.
Hi Francisco,
Thank you very much for your suggestion and actually, I liked it and passed it to the forum developer.
For now what happens is that only the author of the link and the supporter can see it.
If the author decided to show the link to others, he has to prefix it with @ .
Can you give this a try and let me know if it helps?
Thanks.
The message that you can see in the screenshot is mine, however, as you can see, I have seen it now, and I do not even see my own links, so it seems that it does not work very well what you have done, or it does not work for messages that were already written.
The technique of putting a @ in front of the link seems fine, but I guess many users will forget to put the character in front of the link. 😉
Thanks for your help Mohammed.
Hi Francisco,
I've reported your suggestion to the system development team.
Be sure that we will take this request seriously and will handle it ASAP.
You can keep his ticket open if you need to get any news about this request once a change takes place.
Thanks.
Ok. Thanks Mohammed.
We close this ticket because it will not be implemented.
We need to respect the user's privacy at all costs, and cannot change the current system because of a low requested feature.
Thanks
