[Resuelto] Plugin Update not possible

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
The updating of the toolset plugins doesn't work anymore on some of my sites. Neither the automatic nor the manual update works.
When I try to update, I get those error messages:
either "NOT FOUND" or sometimes more specific:
(PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience here. The fastest way to resolve this issue, unfortunately, is to reinstall the plugins manually. You can download fresh copies of the plugins from https://toolset.com/account/downloads, then log in to wp-admin and delete the outdated plugins. Upload the new plugins manually.
