Well - access support only one role and you have multiple roles assigned to user.
So - the possibilities are:
- it possible for you to delete "Client" role from user
or
- you may create a new role by combining both "client+ClientVIP1" roles and assign this new role to user - is this possible

I wanted to run one test for user 'jamolina2010' - can I change the password so I can login using 'jamolina2010' user?
It's not possible. The system for the site must support multiple roles per user. Depending on the type of user, the user can have more or fewer roles, so I can not join roles in the same role name, I would have to do combinations of roles names and that would be very complicated.

==> Unfortunately Access do not support multiple roles for now. We have already feature request to handle multiple roles using access filed and our developers are suppose to start work on it as soon as possible but please note that no ETA on it.
Then you advise me to use another plugin (WooCommerce Membership, Yith WooCommerce Membership, ARMember, MemberPress, ARMember, Restrict Content Pro, ...).
Could you ask the Toolset development department if this functionality will be included before 2 months or do I have to discard completely using Toolset Access?
Thanks for your help Minesh.

I just confirm with our Devs and its not going to happen very soon or at least not in next 2 months. So you better decide what way you need to approach.
