customizing datepicer in a Filter an on a Form

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I want to customize the entering of a date in a filter or a form.
Most important I want to type in or copy in the date into the textfield

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I searched the Forum but did not find any information about customizing

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Any customization of the jQuery datepicker would require a complete custom coding solution.

Unfortunately such a solution would be out of the scope of our support forum and I wouldn't be able to assist.
