WooCommerce Views cannot be activated and/or provokes Fatal Error due to Memory or Timeout

Symptoms

The WooCommerce Views plugin can cause 3 different types of issues, all due to the same problem. These issues can show as:

Fatal Errors due to Memory or Timeout exhaustions.
The plugin cannot be activated through Toolset’s Installer found on the Plugins -> Add New page, under the Commercial tab.
Toolset-Based themes that have WooCommerce Views integrated will fail in the Toolset-Based theme installer.

The symptoms might all appear at once or by themselves. Sometimes they can be “masked” as simple 500 Errors from the server or simply breaking activation of the plugin/theme without notice.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround for these issues.
