When adding Conditional Groups in Forms Expert Mode a JS error is triggered and condition is not added

Symptoms

Toolset Forms offers Conditional Groups to be added, both in the drag-and-drop and Expert mode. If such groups are added in Expert mode, when clicking the Insert button, a JavaScript error is triggered, the condition is not added and the insertion dialog stays open.

Workaround

You can download this file, unzip and upload it to replace the prototype.js file, found in the cred-frontend-editor/public/form_editor_toolbar/js/ folder.

This issue will be fixed in the next release.
