Views Date Picker filter field does not trigger date picker pop-up when the filter and results are inserted on the same page

Symptoms

There is an issue where the Views Date Picker filter field does not trigger date picker pop-up when the filter and results are inserted on the same page.

This issue happens when the following conditions are met:

• You have a custom Date field.
• You have some posts and you’ve filled the Date field with values in these posts.
• You have a View that lists those posts, with “Search and Pagination” Filters for that Field as between a max and min value.
• Insert both, the Views search and results on the same page.
• Select a max and min date on the front end, submit, and then click inside the Date field value input, not on the icon!

The Date field input will open and close immediately. The following JavaScript error will be thrown:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'left' of undefined

Workaround

You can download this file, and upload it to your Toolset Views Plugin to replace the existing, in /wp-content/plugins/wp-views/embedded/res/

Once the issue is also resolved in the stable releases of Views we will update this erratum here as well.
