Toolset Maps offers methods to add Markers to Maps, and also links (usually output as a list below the map) to focus on the marker when clicked.
That Focus on Marker link (or button) also offers to act the same way as the marker itself if hovered (usually that is displaying the marker_title if hovered on marker).
This option, if chosen in the GUI, is not doing anything (hovering the focus link or button will not act the same as hovering marker)
There is currently no workaround for this issue.
We are aware of the issue and will work on it as soon as possible.
