The Conditional output button is missing from editors in German installations

Symptoms

On sites using German as the backend language, the Conditional output button that Views adds to the post editors might be missing. It might also be missing on Views editors.

Workaround

This issue will be fixed in the next release of Toolset Views. In the meantime, this patch can be used by just uploading the file it contains, replacing the one with the same name, located in /embedded/inc/.
