Notification email is not sent when completing an order created by Toolset Forms Commerce

Symptoms

There is an issue with sending notification emails when an order created using Toolset Forms Commerce is completed.

This issue happens in the following case:

  • You have a Toolset form that edits users. The form is configured to charge payment for a specific product.
  • The form triggers a notification to send an email when the order status changes to “Complete”.

The problem is that the notification is not sent when the order is completed.

However, if you complete the order from the WooCommerce Order edit screen, the notification is not sent.

Workaround

There is currently no workaround for this issue.

Our development team is aware of the issue and will work on it as soon as possible.
