I am trying to adapt the Youtube URL into custom dimensions and it is not working properly. I'm trying to find out why. The Youtube video doesn't seems to adapt to the restricted area it is supposed to fit in. It is bigger than the area and we can see a part of the video, narrowed.

Could you help ?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot and suggest the best way forward, I'll need to see how these fields and the view is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with a link to a page where this view's output can be seen?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Maud,

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I noticed that your website is using the "OceanWP" theme and we've seen similar reports in the past where this theme adds its own HTML markup around the embedded videos.

You can go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles and disable "FitVids", after which the theme won't interfere with the default embed markup.

Please let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar
