Update entire WP-Types Plugin - Error 500

This support ticket is created vor 7 Jahre, 7 Monate. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to:
Deactivate Security Plugin

it had begun with the last View-Plugin Update last week or so. Now all WP-Types Plugin-Updates produced the 500 Error Code.

Version 2.1

The debug.log shows this entries:

In order to undersand what is causing the Error 500 I need for you to enable your wordpress debugging.

To do this please follow the instructions in the link below.

Once you have done this please let me know the error you are experiencing when you try updating.

the ".maintenance" file stil exist, i have to delete this to access again the site

Hi Marc,

In this case I would suggest that you perform a manual update of the plugin by downloading and uploading the plugin files to your wordpress server through FTP.

I'm aware of some issues affecting some of our customers regarding updating to our new plugins.

Hi Shane

With a manuel upload the plugins are updated and runs fine
But the problem arent solved. this day i update the "woocommerce-views" plugin to 2.6.7 via dashboard and i received the same error 500. the manual update via FTP runs again fine.
Please take a closer look to this problem, manual update with FTP is only a temporary solution 🙂
