[Gelöst] Submit button on CRED form doesn't do anything

I am trying to: have a sign up form

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: form to sign up for PDF with email and name

Instead, I got: when you hit the submit button nothing happens!

There's another form on that page that works fine.

I have an almost identical version of the same form on my sidebar hidden link and that works fine!

I need to know more about that form.

1. Does the for work if you insert ONLY that form?

2. Is it using AJAX Submit method?

3. Does the Form work if you insert in a Single Test Page?

With this information I will be able to give more instructions.

The form works when it is alone on the page: hidden link

The form does not use AJAX.

Also, the page where the form does not work does not have any console errors.

This is strange.
There was an issue in past with several forms on the same page but that is solved in the current CRED Version.

I cannot replicate it when I insert 2 forms in the same page, I can submit both of them.

Maybe if you give me access to the site I can see what is wrong, but first I would need to know if the issue persists as well with:

1. No Plugins but Toolset
2. A WordPress native Theme
3. With other Forms (or just the mentioned one)
